The grounds I believe are beautiful and green around the end of April or may but were not pretty end of march as everything brown yet, the staff are fantastic, breakfast good, they had a free shuttle to Odawara that was fantastic, the ocean view from the window is great but the rooms are tiny.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage. Thanks so much Hilton Odawara!

A great location for families with kids. A really good indoor and outdoor pool area plus a proper swimming pool for the more serious swimmer. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds and futons allowed for a pleasant nights rest. The onsen area was very good.

The hotel is located on top of a hill with spectacular views over the ocean. The swimming pools and onsen are amazing and super relaxing. Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very nice although we would have loved to see a bit more Western food. We stayed there twice in ine week. The second time we got an upgrade to an amazing suite with a seperate tatami room.

The spacious well-maintained grounds and facilities are quite welcoming ; despite being large the lobby is furnished with enough comfortable chairs ,sofas that rugs that somehow makes one warm and at home. The room was well equipped with a spacious bathroom.

The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Everyone in the staff is kind, warm , and caring! Arrigato!! Thank you thank you thank you for such an amazing experience!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had the most beautiful sea view. Staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities are amazing. My 12-year old twins love it and want to go back very soon

This hotel is beautiful. The pools and onsen were amazing. The staff was professional and accommodating. We felt taken care of the entire time. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet. There is a shuttle that takes you to town.

Great for families, especially with small kids. Pool water is warm has a bowling alley and small kids room. Hot spring water has a natural spring water and a cold water.
